❝ It would be great if everyone liked me, but I believe I will get results that are equivalent to the diligent amount of work I put in. I’m not trying to say I’m great or that there is nothing to change about me right now, but I feel like I should stick to the same image. I do not want to change just because I feel apprehensive. I agree with Ms. Tordecilla. Philippines indeed has slow progression when it comes to HIS or Hospital Information System.
Health is a basic human right guaranteed by the Philippine Constitution, the article said, but the basic health services as well as tertiary care for the majority of Filipinos are inadequate, fragmented, inefficient, and incomplete.
Philippine’s health center was described like a data cemetery in the article where the piles of logbooks and paper records were just put in a corner gathering dust over the years.
In a typical health center here in the Philippines, the patient’s record were put in a brown enveloped that includes the patient’s information and outside the envelope was a number in a corner. It was arranged by numbers so that it will be easy for health practitioners to find the information of that specific person but sometimes due to a lot of patients coming to the health center those envelopes were mixed with other numbers of envelopes and sometimes there will be duplication with the patient’s information when different health workers assist them.
We are now living in a modern world whereas technology can make our life easier. Using technologies in health care system, medical practitioners can easily and accurately save the patient’s data and information.

and this is why we learn to bow in unison.
